一、準(zhǔn)備工作1、搭設(shè)前施工員應(yīng)按腳手架搭拆方案的要求，對(duì)架子工進(jìn)行安全技術(shù)交底。

　　1、 Preparation work 1: Before installation, the construction worker should provide safety technical instructions to the scaffolding workers according to the requirements of the scaffolding installation and dismantling plan.

　　2、按照《建筑施工扣件式鋼管腳手架安全技術(shù)規(guī)范》（JGJ130－2011）中構(gòu)造要求，決定腳手架步距等等，具體部署搭設(shè)步驟。

　　2. According to the construction requirements of the "Technical Code for Safety of Steel Pipe Scaffolding with Fasteners in Construction" (JGJ130-2011), determine the scaffold step spacing and other specific deployment and installation steps.

　　3、材料準(zhǔn)備：對(duì)進(jìn)場(chǎng)的鋼管、扣件、腳手架、安全網(wǎng)等進(jìn)行檢查驗(yàn)收。

　　3. Material preparation: Inspect and accept the incoming steel pipes, fasteners, scaffolding, safety nets, etc.

　　3.1搭設(shè)腳手架全部采用ф48mm，壁厚3.5mm的鋼管，懸挑型鋼采用16#工字鋼，其質(zhì)量符合現(xiàn)行國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定。

　　3.1 All scaffolding shall be constructed using steel pipes with a diameter of ф 48mm and a wall thickness of 3.5mm. The cantilever steel shall be 16 # I-beam, and its quality shall comply with the current national standards.

　　3.2腳手架鋼管的尺寸、橫向水平桿最大長(zhǎng)度2.2m，其它桿最大長(zhǎng)度為6.5 m，每根鋼管的最大質(zhì)量不小于25KG。

　　3.2 The size of the scaffold steel pipe, the maximum length of the horizontal bar is 2.2m, the maximum length of other bars is 6.5m, and the maximum mass of each steel pipe is not less than 25KG.

　　3.3鋼管表面平直光滑，無(wú)裂縫、結(jié)疤、分層、錯(cuò)位、硬彎、毛剌、壓痕和深的劃痕。

　　3.3 The surface of the steel pipe is straight and smooth, without cracks, scars, delamination, misalignment, hard bending, burrs, indentations, and deep scratches.

　　3.4鋼管上嚴(yán)禁打孔，鋼管在便用前先涂刷防銹漆。

　　3.4 It is strictly prohibited to drill holes on steel pipes. Steel pipes should be coated with anti rust paint before use.

　　3.5扣件材質(zhì)必須符合《鋼管腳手架扣件》（GB15831-2006）規(guī)定。

　　3.5 The material of the fasteners must comply with the provisions of "Steel Pipe Scaffold Fasteners" (GB15831-2006).

　　3.5.1新扣件具有生產(chǎn)許可證，法定檢測(cè)單位的測(cè)試報(bào)告和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量合格證。對(duì)扣件質(zhì)量有懷疑時(shí)，按現(xiàn)行國(guó)家規(guī)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《鋼管腳手架扣件》（GB15831-2006）規(guī)定抽樣檢測(cè)。對(duì)不合格品禁止使用。

　　3.5.1 The new fasteners have a production license, a test report from a legal testing unit, and a product quality certificate. When there is doubt about the quality of fasteners, sampling and testing shall be carried out in accordance with the current national standard "Steel Pipe Scaffold Fasteners" (GB15831-2006). The use of non-conforming products is prohibited.

　　3.5.1舊扣件使用前，先進(jìn)行質(zhì)量檢查，有裂縫、變形的嚴(yán)禁使用，出現(xiàn)滑絲的螺拴進(jìn)行更換處理。

　　3.5.1 Before using old fasteners, quality inspection should be carried out first. Those with cracks or deformations are strictly prohibited from use, and bolts with slipping threads should be replaced.

　　3.5.1新、舊扣件均進(jìn)行防銹處理。

　　3.5.1 Both new and old fasteners shall undergo rust prevention treatment.

　　3.6腳手片用毛竹腳手片或木板，無(wú)發(fā)霉、腐蝕。

　　3.6 Use bamboo or wooden planks for the scaffolding, without mold or corrosion.

　　3.7密目式安全網(wǎng)必須有建設(shè)主管部門認(rèn)證的產(chǎn)品。

　　3.7 The dense mesh safety net must have a product certified by the construction supervisory department.

　　4、搭設(shè)場(chǎng)地準(zhǔn)備：根據(jù)腳手架搭設(shè)高度、搭設(shè)場(chǎng)地土質(zhì)情況與堅(jiān)實(shí)平整，不積水，砼硬化。經(jīng)驗(yàn)收合格后，按方案的要求放線定位。

　　4. Preparation for setting up the site: Based on the height of the scaffold, the soil condition of the site, and its solidity and flatness, without water accumulation, and with hardened concrete. After passing the acceptance inspection, lay out and position according to the requirements of the plan.

　　4.1腳手架地基與基礎(chǔ)的施工，根據(jù)腳手架搭設(shè)高度，原土或回填土必須事先進(jìn)行夯實(shí)（地基能承受0.8kg/c㎡的壓力），根據(jù)現(xiàn)行國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)<<地基與基礎(chǔ)工程施工及驗(yàn)收規(guī)范>>（JBJ202）做好腳手架地基與基礎(chǔ)的施工要求，后用C20砼澆筑厚度不小于10cm硬化，2m平面沿桿基礎(chǔ)周邊位置，基礎(chǔ)和能承受上澡結(jié)構(gòu)荷載。

　　4.1 Construction of Scaffold Foundation and Foundation: According to the height of the scaffold, the original soil or backfill soil must be compacted in advance (the foundation can withstand a pressure of 0.8kg/c ㎡). According to the current national standard<Code for Construction and Acceptance of Foundation and Foundation Engineering>(JBJ202), the construction requirements for scaffold foundation and foundation must be met. Then, C20 concrete with a thickness of not less than 10cm should be poured and hardened. The foundation should be able to withstand the load of the surrounding structure along the 2m plane of the pole foundation.

　　4.2腳手架底面標(biāo)高高于自然地坪50mm。

　　4.3立桿基礎(chǔ)外側(cè)設(shè)置截面20cm×20cm的排水溝。

　　5、架子工應(yīng)持有效的特種作業(yè)人員操作證上崗作業(yè)。必須戴好安全帽、佩安全帶、必須穿鞋，嚴(yán)禁穿塑料底鞋，皮鞋等硬底易滑的鞋子登高作業(yè)。操作工具及小零件要放在工具袋內(nèi)，扎緊衣袖口，領(lǐng)口以及褲腿口，以防鉤掛發(fā)生危險(xiǎn)。

　　5. Scaffolders should hold valid special operation personnel operation certificates to work. It is necessary to wear a safety helmet, seat belt, and shoes. It is strictly prohibited to wear shoes with plastic soles, leather shoes, or other hard soles that are prone to slipping when working at heights. The operating tools and small parts should be placed in the tool bag, and the cuffs, collar, and pant legs should be tightly tied to prevent danger caused by hooking.

　　二、腳手架設(shè)計(jì)尺寸

　　2、 Scaffold design dimensions

　　1、腳手架底步距為2m，其余每步為1.8m.

　　1. The bottom step distance of the scaffold is 2m, and each other step is 1.8m

　　2、立桿縱距為1.5m，橫距為1.2m.

　　2. The vertical distance of the pole is 1.5m, and the horizontal distance is 1.2m

　　3、踢腳桿、防護(hù)桿從第二步起設(shè)置分別為0.3m和平共處2m，頂排防護(hù)欄不少于二道，高度分別為0.9m、1.3m.

　　3. Starting from the second step, the kickboard and protective pole should be set at 0.3m and 2m respectively, and the top row of protective barriers should not be less than two, with heights of 0.9m and 1.3m respectively

　　4、剪刀撐設(shè)置為間距為9m（6跨）一排剪刀撐。

　　5、連墻桿件設(shè)置為豎向每層、水平向?yàn)樗目纭?/p>

　　三、斜道搭設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

　　3、 Standards for the construction of ramps

　　上下人行通道可附著在建筑物設(shè)置，也可附著在腳手架外側(cè)設(shè)置，但搭設(shè)通道的桿件必須獨(dú)立設(shè)置。架高6m以下宜采用一字型斜道，架高6m以上宜采用之字型斜道。

　　The pedestrian walkway can be attached to the building or the outside of the scaffold, but the members of the walkway must be independently installed. A straight shaped ramp should be used for frames below 6 meters in height, and a zigzag ramp should be used for frames above 6 meters in height.

　　斜道構(gòu)造應(yīng)符合下列要求：

　　1、人行斜道寬度不應(yīng)小于1m，坡度宜采用1：3（高：長(zhǎng)）。

　　1. The width of pedestrian ramps should not be less than 1m, and the slope should be 1:3 (height: length).

　　2、拐彎處應(yīng)設(shè)置平臺(tái)，寬度不小于斜道寬度。

　　3、斜道兩側(cè)及平臺(tái)外圍均必須設(shè)置欄桿及擋腳板。欄桿高度為1.2m，擋腳板高度不應(yīng)小于150mm。

　　4、腳手板必須按腳手架的寬度滿鋪，板與板之間靠緊，腳手板橫鋪時(shí)，應(yīng)在橫向水平桿下增設(shè)縱向支托桿，縱向支托桿間距不應(yīng)大于500mm。

　　5、人行斜道的腳手板上每隔250～300mm設(shè)置一根防滑木條，木條厚度宜采用20～30mm。

　　6、入口處門洞高不小于1.8米，門洞兩側(cè)須掛設(shè)安全警示標(biāo)志牌，斜道必須設(shè)置密目網(wǎng)。

　　四、縱向、橫向水平桿、腳手板、防護(hù)欄桿、踢腳桿

　　4、 Vertical and horizontal horizontal bars, scaffold boards, protective railings, kick bars

　　1、縱向水平桿設(shè)置在立桿內(nèi)側(cè)，其長(zhǎng)度不小于3跨?？v向水平桿接長(zhǎng)采用對(duì)接扣件連接，交錯(cuò)布置，兩根相鄰縱向水平接頭設(shè)置相互錯(cuò)開不小于500mm，各接頭中心至最近主節(jié)點(diǎn)的距離不大于縱距的1/3。

　　1. The longitudinal horizontal pole is set on the inner side of the upright pole, with a length of not less than 3 spans. The longitudinal horizontal bars are connected by butt fasteners and arranged in a staggered manner. Two adjacent longitudinal horizontal joints are staggered by no less than 500mm, and the distance from the center of each joint to the nearest main node is no more than one-third of the longitudinal distance.

　　2、縱向搭接長(zhǎng)度不小于1米，并等間距設(shè)置3個(gè)旋轉(zhuǎn)扣件固定，端部扣件蓋板邊緣至搭接縱向水平桿桿端的距離不小于100mm。

　　2. The longitudinal overlap length shall not be less than 1 meter, and 3 rotating fasteners shall be fixed at equal intervals. The distance from the edge of the end fastener cover plate to the end of the overlapping longitudinal horizontal rod shall not be less than 100mm.

　　3、縱向水平桿的各節(jié)點(diǎn)處采用直角扣件固定在橫向水平桿上。

　　5、腳手片必須垂直于墻面橫向鋪設(shè)，滿鋪到位，不留空位。四角用18鐵絲雙股并聯(lián)綁扎，固定在縱向水平桿上，要求綁扎牢固，交接處平整，無(wú)空頭板。

　　5. The scaffolding must be laid vertically and horizontally to the wall, fully in place without leaving any gaps. 　　6、腳手片底層滿鋪，中間每隔三層，操作層的上下層頂層都必須滿鋪。

　　7、腳手片外側(cè)自第二步起必須設(shè)1.2m高同材質(zhì)的防護(hù)欄和30cm高處的踢腳桿。

　　五、立桿

　　5、 Vertical pole

　　1、每根立桿垂直穩(wěn)放在墊板上。

　　2、腳手架里立桿距離墻體凈距為20cm，大于20cm處的須鋪設(shè)站人腳手片，并設(shè)置平穩(wěn)牢固。

　　3、腳手架必須設(shè)置縱、橫向掃地桿?？v向掃地桿采用直角扣件固定在距離底座上不大于200處的立桿上。橫向掃地桿亦采用直角扣件固定在緊靠縱向掃地桿下方的立桿上。當(dāng)立桿基礎(chǔ)不在同一高度上時(shí)，必須將高處的縱向掃地桿向低處延伸長(zhǎng)兩跨與立桿固定，高低差不小于1m，靠邊坡上方的立桿軸線到邊坡的距離不小于500mm。

　　3. Scaffolding must be equipped with vertical and horizontal sweeping rods. The vertical sweeping pole is fixed to the upright pole at a distance of no more than 200 from the base using right angle fasteners. The horizontal sweeping rod is also fixed to the upright rod immediately below the vertical sweeping rod with right angle fasteners. When the foundation of the upright pole is not at the same height, the longitudinal sweeping pole at a high place must be extended two spans to a lower place and fixed to the upright pole, with a height difference of not less than 1m. The distance from the axis of the upright pole above the slope to the slope should not be less than 500mm.

　　4、立桿必須用連墻件與建筑物可靠連接。

　?、佟?duì)接扣件連接。對(duì)接、搭接均須符合下列規(guī)定：立桿上的對(duì)接扣件交錯(cuò)布置，兩根相鄰立桿的接頭相互錯(cuò)開，不設(shè)置在同步內(nèi)，同步內(nèi)隔一根立桿的兩個(gè)相隔接頭在高度方向錯(cuò)開的距離不小于500，各接頭中心至主節(jié)點(diǎn)的距離不大于步距的1/3。

　　① Connect the docking fasteners. Docking and overlapping must comply with the following regulations: the docking fasteners on the upright pole are arranged in a staggered manner, the joints of two adjacent upright poles are staggered and not set in synchronization, and the distance between the two spaced joints of one upright pole within synchronization in the height direction is not less than 500, and the distance from the center of each joint to the main node is not more than 1/3 of the step distance.

　?、凇⒋罱娱L(zhǎng)度不應(yīng)小于1m，應(yīng)采用不小于2個(gè)旋轉(zhuǎn)扣件固定，端部扣件蓋板的邊緣至桿端距離不應(yīng)小于100mm。

　?、?The overlap length should not be less than 1m, and should be fixed with no less than 2 rotating fasteners. The distance from the edge of the end fastener cover plate to the end of the rod should not be less than 100mm.

　　六、連墻件

　　6、 Wall connecting components

　　1、連墻件數(shù)量的設(shè)置，堅(jiān)向間距為每層，橫向間距為4跨。

　　1. The number of wall connecting components is set with a vertical spacing of each layer and a horizontal spacing of 4 spans.

　　2、連墻件的布置。

　?、僖丝拷鞴?jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)置，偏離主節(jié)點(diǎn)的距離不應(yīng)大于300mm。

　?、趹?yīng)從底層第一步縱向水平桿處開始設(shè)置。

　　② The setting should start from the first vertical horizontal bar at the bottom level.

　　④一字型、開口型腳手架的兩端必須設(shè)連墻桿，連墻件的垂直距不應(yīng)大于建筑物的層高，并不應(yīng)大于4m（2步）。

　　④ The two ends of the straight and open scaffolding must be equipped with wall connecting rods, and the vertical distance between the wall connecting members should not exceed the height of the building and should not exceed 4m (2 steps).

　?、莶捎脛傂赃B墻件與建筑物可靠連接，可采用Φ12鋼筋預(yù)埋或砼中，鋼筋與鋼管焊接配合使用的附墻連接方式。

　　⑤ Rigid wall connecting components can be used to reliably connect with buildings, and the wall attachment connection method can be achieved by embedding Φ 12 steel bars or welding steel bars and steel pipes in concrete.

　　七、門洞

　　7、 Door opening

　　腳手架門洞宜采用上升斜桿，平行弦桿桁結(jié)構(gòu)形式，鈄桿與地面的傾角a應(yīng)在45°～60°之間。門洞桁架的形式宜按下列要求確定：

　　The scaffold door opening should adopt a rising diagonal rod, parallel chord truss structure, and the inclination angle a between the diagonal rod and the ground should be between 45 ° and 60 °. The form of the door opening truss should be determined according to the following requirements:

　　1、當(dāng)步距（h）小于縱距（La）時(shí)，應(yīng)采用A型。

　　2、當(dāng)步距（h）大于縱距（La）時(shí)，應(yīng)采用B型，并應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定。

　　2.1 h=1.8m時(shí)，縱距不應(yīng)大于1.5m；

　　八、剪刀撐、安全網(wǎng)

　　8、 Scissor braces, safety nets

　　1、每道剪刀撐跨越立桿的根數(shù)6根（小于9m）。

　　1. Each diagonal brace spans 6 poles (less than 9m).

　　2、與地面的傾角宜在45°～60°之間。

　　3、應(yīng)在外側(cè)立面整個(gè)長(zhǎng)度和高差上連接設(shè)置剪刀撐。

　　5、剪刀斜桿應(yīng)用旋轉(zhuǎn)扣件固定在與相交的橫向水平桿的伸出端或立桿上，旋轉(zhuǎn)扣件中心線至主節(jié)點(diǎn)的距離不宜大于150mm。

　　6、一字型、開口型雙排腳手架的兩端均必須設(shè)置橫向斜撐，中間宜每隔6跨設(shè)置一道。

　　7、腳手架外側(cè)必須用建設(shè)主管部門認(rèn)證的合格的密目式安全網(wǎng)封閉，且應(yīng)將安全網(wǎng)固定在腳手架外立桿里側(cè)，應(yīng)用18＃鉛絲張持嚴(yán)密。

　　7. The outer side of the scaffold must be enclosed with a qualified dense mesh safety net certified by the construction authority, and the safety net should be fixed on the inner side of the scaffold's outer pole, tightly tensioned with 18 # lead wire.

　　九、避雷裝置

　　9、 Lightning protection device

　　1、腳手架頂部高于2m，四角設(shè)置（長(zhǎng)度大于35m，應(yīng)中間設(shè)幾根）避雷針。

　　1. The top of the scaffold should be higher than 2 meters, and lightning rods should be installed at the four corners (with a length greater than 35 meters, several should be installed in the middle).

　　2、用16mm2黃綠雙色銅芯線作引下線，途中用磁瓶，導(dǎo)線綁扎。

　　2. Use 16mm2 yellow green dual color copper core wire as the down conductor, and tie it with magnetic bottles and wires along the way.

　　3、接地裝置的接地線應(yīng)采用三根導(dǎo)體，在不同點(diǎn)與接地體作電氣連接，垂直接地體應(yīng)采用5×50角鋼、Φ48鋼管或Φ22圓鋼，長(zhǎng)度2.2m，不得采用螺紋鋼，接地電阻不大于4Ω。

　　3. The grounding wire of the grounding device should use three conductors and be electrically connected to the grounding body at different points. The vertical grounding body should use 5 × 50 angle steel, Φ 48 steel pipe or Φ 22 round steel, with a length of 2.2m, and threaded steel should not be used. The grounding resistance should not exceed 4 Ω.

　　十、拆除方案及要求

　　10、 Demolition plan and requirements

　　1、外架拆除前應(yīng)由單位工程負(fù)責(zé)人召集有關(guān)人員對(duì)架子工程進(jìn)行全面檢查與簽證確認(rèn)，建筑物施工完畢，且不需要使用時(shí)，腳手架方可拆除。

　　1. Before dismantling the external scaffolding, the person in charge of the unit project should convene relevant personnel to conduct a comprehensive inspection and visa confirmation of the scaffolding project. The scaffolding can only be dismantled after the construction of the building is completed and no longer in use.

　　2、拆除腳手架應(yīng)設(shè)置警戒，張掛醒目的警戒標(biāo)志，禁止非操作人員通行和地面施工人員能行，并有專人負(fù)責(zé)警戒。

　　2. When dismantling scaffolding, warning signs should be set up and prominently displayed to prohibit non operators from passing and ground construction personnel from doing so. A dedicated person should be responsible for guarding.

　　3、長(zhǎng)立桿、斜桿的拆除應(yīng)由二人配合進(jìn)行，不宜單獨(dú)作業(yè)，下班時(shí)應(yīng)檢查是否牢固，必要時(shí)應(yīng)加設(shè)臨時(shí)固定支撐，防止意外。

　　3. The dismantling of long vertical poles and diagonal poles should be carried out by two people in coordination, and should not be done alone. When leaving work, it should be checked for firmness, and temporary fixed supports should be added if necessary to prevent accidents.

　　4、拆除外架前應(yīng)將通道口上的存留材料雜物清除，按自上而下先裝后拆，后裝先拆的順序。

　　4. Before dismantling the outer frame, the remaining materials and debris on the channel opening should be removed in the order of top-down installation followed by dismantling, and later installation followed by dismantling.

　　5、拆除順序?yàn)椋喊踩W(wǎng)→踢腳桿→防護(hù)欄桿→剪刀撐→腳手片→擱柵桿→連墻桿→大橫桿→小橫桿→立桿，自上而下拆除，一步一清，不得采用踏步式拆除，不準(zhǔn)上、下同時(shí)作業(yè)。

　　5. The dismantling sequence is: safety net → skirting pole → protective railing → scissor brace → footrest piece → joist pole → wall connecting pole → large horizontal bar → small horizontal bar → upright pole. The dismantling should be carried out from top to bottom, step by step, and step by step dismantling is not allowed. It is not allowed to work up and down at the same time.

　　6、如遇強(qiáng)風(fēng)、雨、雪等氣候，不能進(jìn)行外架拆除。

　　1、扣件式雙排鋼管腳手架搭設(shè)一般順序是：里立桿→外立桿→小橫桿→大橫桿→掃地桿→腳手片→防護(hù)欄桿和踢腳桿→連墻桿→安全網(wǎng)。

　　1. The general sequence for setting up a double row steel pipe scaffold with fasteners is: inner upright pole → outer upright pole → small horizontal pole → large horizontal pole → sweeping pole → footrest piece → protective railing and kickboard pole → wall connecting pole → safety net.

　　2、腳手架必須配合施工進(jìn)度搭設(shè)，一次搭設(shè)高度不應(yīng)超過(guò)相鄰連墻件以上二步，保證搭設(shè)過(guò)程中和穩(wěn)定性。

　　2. Scaffolding must be erected in accordance with the construction schedule, and the height of one erection should not exceed two steps above the adjacent connecting wall components to ensure stability during the erection process.

　　3、腳手架搭設(shè)中累計(jì)誤差超過(guò)允許偏差，難經(jīng)糾正，每搭完一步腳手架后，按規(guī)定校步距、縱距、橫距、立桿的垂直度。

　　3. The cumulative error in scaffolding construction exceeds the allowable deviation and is difficult to correct. After each step of scaffolding construction, the step distance, longitudinal distance, transverse distance, and verticality of the uprights should be calibrated according to regulations.

　　4、豎立桿時(shí)應(yīng)由兩人配合操作。大、小橫桿與立桿連接時(shí)，也必須兩人配合。

　　5、當(dāng)有六級(jí)及六級(jí)以上大風(fēng)和霧、雨或雪雨、雪天氣時(shí)，應(yīng)停止腳手搭設(shè)作業(yè)。雨、雪后上架作業(yè)應(yīng)注意防滑，并采取防滑措施。

　　5. When there are winds of level six or above, fog, rain, or snow, scaffolding operations should be stopped. Attention should be paid to anti slip and anti slip measures should be taken when working on shelves after rain and snow.

　　6、非操作層腳手架上嚴(yán)禁堆放材料，且必須保持清潔，操作層腳手架上材料堆放不能集中，不能超高，堆放要穩(wěn)固，每平方米的堆放不得超過(guò)300kg，工作完成后及時(shí)清除干凈。

　　6. It is strictly prohibited to stack materials on non operational scaffolding, and they must be kept clean. The stacking of materials on operational scaffolding cannot be concentrated, cannot exceed the height limit, and must be stable. The stacking weight per square meter should not exceed 300kg, and should be cleaned up promptly after the work is completed.

　　7、腳手架搭設(shè)后由施工企業(yè)組織分段驗(yàn)收（一般不超過(guò)3步架），辦理驗(yàn)收手續(xù)。驗(yàn)收表中應(yīng)寫明驗(yàn)收的部位，內(nèi)容量化，驗(yàn)收人員履行驗(yàn)收簽字手續(xù)。驗(yàn)收不合格和，應(yīng)在整改完畢后重新填寫驗(yàn)收表。腳手架驗(yàn)收合格并掛合格牌后方可使用。

　　7. After the scaffolding is erected, the construction enterprise shall organize segmented acceptance (generally not exceeding 3 steps) and handle the acceptance procedures. The acceptance form should specify the parts to be accepted, quantify the content, and require the acceptance personnel to complete the acceptance signature procedures. If the acceptance is not qualified, the acceptance form should be filled out again after the rectification is completed. The scaffold can only be used after passing the acceptance inspection and hanging a qualified sign.
